We collect only your email address, used solely for account creation and login (via Supabase Auth). We do not collect any health information, location data, or any other personal data.
SPIKELESS™ requires an account (username and password) to access save and sync features. You can browse GI and food data freely without an account — an account is only needed to save meals, track progress, or sync data across devices.
GI data is sourced from a verified research database and is available to all users globally, free of charge.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email us at fseekha3@gmail.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
